RESEARCH
MPROVE has researched areas related to simulation and multiprofessional education in a variety of areas. This includes use of multiprofessional simulation and education in quality improvement and  improving neonatal care. 
The MPROVE team has collected data on the application of simulation in more than setting such as procedural skills training as well as preterm birth management to assess whether neonatal simulation is a cost effective educational intervention
The OPEN Approach
Team improve is running a prospective research project on the use of the OPEN approach and its impact on learning
The NuNeoSim Study
Team MPROVE has analysed the perception of neonatal nurses to introduction of neonatal simulation in 3 phases and its impact on uptake
